For specific questions about a debt that has been referred to Fiscal Service's Cross-Servicing program for collection, please contact the Cross Servicing Call Center between 7:30am – 5:30pm (Central Time) Monday to Friday. English and Spanish-speaking agents are available.
If you have specific questions about a debt that has been referred to Fiscal Service’s Treasury Offset Program (TOP), you must call the referring creditor agency. If you do not know who that agency is, please call the TOP IVR.

Update for Small Business Administration (SBA) COVID-19 Economic Injury Disaster Loan (COVID EIDL) debts:
As of May 20, 2024, all SBA COVID EIDL debts are being serviced through SBA. Please make future payments through SBA’s online portal: lending.sba.gov.
Loans in default remain eligible for offset through the Treasury Offset Program. If you have made previous payments to Fiscal Service, those amounts have been credited to your debt.
