CA$HLINK II
With the decommissioning of CA$HLINK II, several of the previously used processes have ended and are replaced with new protocols.
Financial Institution Historical Voucher Data Request
CA$HLINK II User IDs for financial institutions were disabled on February 8, 2013, as part of the system decommission. As a result, financial institutions no longer have access to deposit voucher data manually entered directly into CA$HLINK II prior to January 1, 2013. To request this historical voucher data, complete the following steps:
- Download the Voucher Correction Points of Contact List PDF
- Digitally fill in the form and email it to CIR.customersupport@clev.frb.org with the subject line “CA$HLINK II Financial Institution Request”
- Upon receiving your financial institution’s email request containing the completed form, the CIR Call Center will review it and conduct a process to authenticate the requester.
- Once authenticated, requests will be fulfilled via email within 3-5 business days.

Voucher Correction Points of Contact
Corrections to vouchers are now made at the data source. To correct a voucher, please reach out to the appropriate point of contact based upon the CL II Account Type, CIR Reporting Program/Collection System and Subprogram/SubSystem.
