Getting Started
You may need to use TCIS if you
- work for a federal agency or a Federal Reserve Bank, and
- your job requires you to see information about U.S. Treasury checks or ACH payments
For everyone who needs to use TCIS:
- Check the systems requirements page.
- Find the right role in TCIS for your job.

- Take the training you need. We have 10 short tutorials. Please note: The URL for TCIS has not been updated in the tutorials.
- The TCIS Quick Reference Guide is being updated.
- TCIS federal agency users must ensure their manager is listed in SailPoint IIQ before October 1, 2024. Please navigate to SailPoint IIQ and follow these instructions: How to Set a SailPoint IIQ Manager
- Before October 1, 2024, TCIS federal agency supervisors or managers listed by their users must offer their approval decision in SailPoint IIQ: SailPoint IIQ Manager Approval Decision Steps
- If you need TCIS access, SailPoint IIQ must be used to request access. You must follow these steps first if you are a federal agency user and need TCIS access: SailPoint IIQ First Time Login Procedures. Note that requiring TCIS access is not related to the TCIS recertification period [10/1/2024 to 11/01/2024].
