Meet the User Experience Team for Pay.gov and Collections Information Repository (CIR)

Event Details:

This webinar will introduce the Treasury Services User Experience (UX) Team at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland and their role in collecting and incorporating user feedback to support product development and enhancement. 

Their work is focused on number of Treasury Services products used by agencies, such as many interfaces and features of Pay.gov (public site, agency collections, agency documentation, etc.) and CIR.
