ITS.gov training sessions are sponsored by the ITS.gov Outreach Division of the Diversified Payments Branch.

ITS.gov trainings are offered to users of the ITS.gov portal who are newly enrolled or need to refresh their knowledge on how to use ITS.gov.

In this webinar, the ITS.gov team will be providing tips, tricks and best practices for using the “Reports” feature within ITS.gov.

Topics will include:

• Using the “Reports” menu to query information on: Payments Made and Returned Payments
• What NOT to do when attempting to retrieve information
• Previews of the various reports
