FIT’s Innovation Train Steamrolls Ahead

All board the innovation train! Our destination? The Platform 9 ¾ of ideas, where the possibilities of magic are abounding.

FIT kicked off our first Industry Afternoon sessions last week, and we were blown away by the vast sea of innovative ideas out there. Leading up to the kick off you could feel the anticipation growing among the FIT staff. It was so great that all of us attended the kick off to hear how new emerging technologies can improve federal financial management. The ideas presented could lead to a future of federal financial management that operates:

• Effectively
• Efficiently
• with economies of scale

And, it’s not only FIT that is excited about this new opportunity. Industry executives have jumped at the opportunity to present their ideas to FIT quickly, and the first two months of sessions are entirely booked.

To keep up with the pace, we opened a second block of two-month sessions to offer ample opportunities. We weren’t expecting that those sessions would fill up so quickly that there are now only two slots left!

What are these industry afternoons? And are they right for me and my company?
