Element Information Name Payer Definition Person or organization submitting payment. PartyIdentifier optional String [0, 80] An identification number for a party involved in the transaction. PartyName optional String [0, 100] The name of the party whether individual or organization. Technical Information Schema version urn:us:gov:treasury Cardinality [0..1] Content Model The <Payer> element contains 3 children elements and has a sequence content model. The sequence content model means that there is a particular order to the children elements of the parent element - in this case, the <Payer> element has a particular order of elements that must be followed.
